What Makes Daxxify Different
It lasts longer -
Botox runs about 3 to 4 months. Dysport, 3 to 5. Daxxify's median in clinical trials was roughly 6 months, with a subset of participants still seeing effect at 9. For most people that's the difference between four appointments a year and two.
It's formulated without human serum albumin-
Every other neuromodulator on the market is stabilized with albumin, a protein derived from donated human blood. Daxxify replaced it with a proprietary peptide (the manufacturer calls it Peptide Exchange Technology). It contains no human or animal-derived components.
For most people that's a technical footnote. For some it isn't, clients who avoid blood-derived products for religious or personal reasons, or who simply prefer a synthetic formulation, now have an option that didn't exist before 2022. We mention it because nobody else does, and for the handful of people it matters to, it matters a lot.

You're going to see "6 to 9 months" everywhere Daxxify is marketed. Here's the fuller picture.
What the trials found. In the pivotal studies, the median duration of effect was about 24 weeks, roughly six months. A meaningful subset of participants still had results at nine months. Those are real, published numbers from a well-run trial.
What "median" means for you. Median is the middle. Half the participants got less than six months. If you land on the shorter side of that distribution, nothing has gone wrong, you're simply in the half of the curve nobody quotes in an ad.
What we see in practice. Real-world results commonly run shorter than trial results, and many injectors report Daxxify landing in the 4-to-6-month range rather than 6-to-9. Strong muscles, high-intensity exercise, and a fast metabolism all shorten duration, exactly as they do with Botox.
So here's our honest framing: Daxxify is very likely to last you longer than Botox. It is not guaranteed to last you six months. If you go into it expecting six and get four and a half, you'll feel let down by a treatment that actually worked well.
